A semiautomatic rifle is prohibited when it is capable of accepting a detachable magazine and have one or more of the following characteristics:

• Folding or Telescoping Stock
• Protruding Pistol Grip
• Thumbhole Stock
• Second Handgrip or Protruding Grip that can be held by the non-shooting hand
• Bayonet Mount
• Flash Suppressor
• Muzzle Brake
• Muzzle Compensator
• Threaded Barrel designed to attach the above components
• Grenade Launcher
