A semiautomatic shotgun is prohibited when it has one or more of the following characteristics:

• Folding or Telescoping Stock
• Thumbhole Stock
• Second Handgrip or Protruding Grip that can be held by the non-shooting hand
• Fixed magazine capacity in excess of seven rounds
• An ability to accept a detachable magazine
